There are bad parents who leave their children at home while they're out drinking, and then there are the parents who BRING their children with them. One woman in Vermont is being charged with drunk driving and crashing her car while her kids were with her.

The award for the worst mother in the first half of 2012 goes to 26-year-old Michelle Medor, who was arrested in Fairfax, Vermont, after crashing her car into a ditch with her three daughters inside.

Medor was almost four times the legal limit when police arrested her.

The car was found upside down in a ditch 50 feet from the family's home, but the two 4-year-olds and one 8-year-old miraculously escaped with only minor injuries.
