Emma Watson hopes college roommate isn't a Harry Potter fan
Harry Potter star Emma Watson has revealed how much she is looking forward to enrolling in college - as long as her room-mate isn't a fan of the hit movies. The actress is moving to the US in August after filming on the last Harry Potter movie has ended.
She will be attending an Ivy League college on the East Coast and will earn a liberal arts degree, possibly in English Literature or Art. Watson, 19, revealed she can't wait to start college, but added: "As long as there are no Harry Potter posters on the wall, I will be fine and happy!" Daniel Radcliffe, who plays Potter, has teased Watson: "I really hope they are a really massive Harry Potter fan. I hope you walk in and the first thing you see is your face on a duvet." Watson, who plays Hermione Granger, also revealed she will be homesick and miss all things British: "I will miss marmite, baked beans, London taxis and the rain! "I may have to bring boxes full of Marmite and baked beans with me." Though she will be focused on her studies, Watson insisted she won't turn her back on acting. She added: "I definitely want to continue. I've managed to juggle and balance studying and working well enough to this point so I can't see why I can't keep doing that. "But I am looking forward to being a normal teenager and want a normal experience for a bit. Just a little bit of normality for a while would be nice."
