Part Two of LimeLife's exclusive interview with still-gorgeous actress and mom Gena Lee Nolin.

If you know Gena Lee Nolin from her Price Is Right and Baywatch days, do yourself a favor and get reacquainted. With two "mommy" shows in development and a motherhood-related book in the works, the former Hollywood bombshell is trading in her babe credentials to portray what she was born to be: a devoted wife, a tireless mom, and a woman who's very self-assured in her identity and her career. Check out Part One where she dishes on how momhood can be sexy, and now Part Two of LimeLife's exclusive interview where Gena shares how she cares for herself these days.

LimeLife: Are you active in any faith of religious affiliation, Gena?

Gena Lee Nolin: I'm a non-demoninational, very spiritual person. I think just overall [my family lives] that lifestyle. Occasionally I'll go to church, but I really believe that being spiritual is how you live your life daily, sort of who you are and what you are. It's very universal.

LimeLife: That's great. Gena, with three kids and a husband you're still gorgeous. What are you doing for yourself as far as fitness and diet?

Gena Lee Nolin: I've overhauled my entire diet. I eat very clean. It doesn't mean that I don't occasionally have Dairy Queen - I'm not rigid - but I am currently taking this amazing stuff. It's called YJ juice - Youth Juice. I live by it, I stand by it, I take two shots a day and it's literally the best thing I've ever had.

I take care of myself, I work out, but it's not if I don't do it five, six days a week I'm hard on myself. I do what I can, and if I'm tired one day, I miss it. But I'm different in that sense [than I was when I was younger] because I wouldn't work out then, and I just would starve myself. I'd be like, "Oh, I have to drop five pounds. I'm gonna eat a leaf of lettuce and a grape," which is just not healthy.

LimeLife: What are some of the things your family loves to eat?

Gena Lee Nolin: We're big [on] Italian. The overall poll is that making a risotto hot dish, or lasagna is a huge hit in the house. And the old standby going for a big pizza pie is awesome. That's for the whole family. Me, I'm a sushi buff. I love sushi, and it's great diet food. That's one of the keys to how I lost the baby weight.

LimeLife: Which is clearly how you look so amazing. What is one fashion trend that you are loving for fall?

Gena Lee Nolin: I love that [skinny jeans] look on a lot of girls. For me, I'm a jeans and t-shirt kind of girl and I love throwing on a great pashmina. And one thing I can't live without in the fall and winter are my Ugg boots. Love, love my Ugg boots.

LimeLife: Can you tell us anything about the two shows you have in development?

Gena Lee Nolin: The one show that we have in development is more of a panel-type show where it's me and a couple of hosts, and it's a really at-home feel where mommies are just talking about the latest trends and what's going on, Graco versus Bugaboo. We're talking about everything, whether it's post-partum, whether it's having Nicole Richie come on and talk about her new jewelry line or Jessica Alba and her baby clothing line, just having a varierty of things going on with other celebrity moms. That, we're pretty excited about. The other one is completely different, but a really happy, mommy-type of show.

The book is regarding post-partum depression, which I went through with each pregnancy and child, and it's sort of my personal journey and my experience after what I went through and how I dealt with it, how my husband dealt with it, very, very, very personal stories that I am coming out with. It is what it is. You can be ashamed of it, people can sweep it under the rug, but I believe that post-partum is one of those illnesses that people forget about. Women are harming their children, it's very serious. I want it to be one of those things that women feel comfortable talking about.

Go here to catch up on Part One of our interview, where Gena explains her claim that motherhood is sexier than Baywatch. And stay tuned for Part Three next week, when Gena shares the secrets of her marriage to the "gorgeous!" man she almost refused to meet, retired pro hockey player Cale Hulse.

Gena's co-star Pamela Anderson put her Baywatch swimsuit back on this week! Find her in the red one-piece in Celebs!
