Fantasia Barrino Hospitalized for Overdose

Accident or suicide attempt?

Fantasia Barrino was rushed to the hospital last night and her rep has officially confirmed that it was because of a "medication overdose."

According to TMZ, Barrino was taken to Carolinas Medical Center-Pineville around 8:55 PM and her condition was not reported to be life-threatening. At this time, it is still not clear if the overdose was intentional or accidental.

American Idol winner Fantasia Barrino has been making headlines this week because of sex tape she allegedly made with a married man. She came out defending herself, saying that she is not a homewrecker.
