If you consider yourself a foodie or just someone who loves food, you need to be introduced to food porn. Don't worry, this is one kind of porn your significant other won't mind you staring at. Just try not to drool too much.

What exactly is food porn? It's simply beautiful photos of food that make your mouth water. Sometimes the photos look so real, you want to grab a fork and dig right in. There are actually websites devoted to blogger submitted photos of food. The sites can be a bit competitive and it can be tough to get your photo accepted. The composition, the lighting, the styling; everything has to be perfect.

It seems like more and more food pornography websites are popping up every day, but the best of the best are still FoodGawker, TasteSpotting, and PhotoGrazing. Check out any of these websites and you'll see photos submitted by various bloggers around the Internet. If you see something you want more of, click the photo and you'll be taken to the blog where the photo (and hopefully recipe) came from. All kinds of food is featured and the websites are easily searchable. Sometimes I spend hours on food porn sites just searching for whatever I'm in the mood for- but instead of searching for "hot men" I'm searching for "pumpkin pie." That's food porn for you.

If you want to submit your food photos to any of these websites, be prepared for rejection. You might think you have the perfect photo only to be told you're a bit out of focus or the photo is underexposed. Keep practicing and keep submitting your photos; eventually you'll get it right. And then you can start making people drool!
