Gerard Butler and Jennifer Aniston Are Like Family

Nothing stokes a romance like an action movie.

If you thought Jennifer Aniston and Gerard Butler were lovers, you would be wrong. According to the Bounty Hunter stars, they're so much more.

Rumors of a relationship between Butler, 40, and Aniston, 41, have been circulating for months, with countless pictures of the pair holding hands and frolicking together. But as it turns out, the pair are more than just dating.

"I literally became a member of her family," Butler recently told People. "I went down for her birthday in Mexico. Of course, everyone takes that as something else, but we are very good friends."

And Ms. Aniston seems to feel the same way. She called Butler, "the best!"

She added: "He's funny and handsome – [a] nice combo!"

The pair star in the upcoming romantic comedy The Bounty Hunter. Butler plays a bail-jump mercenary that's charged with tracking down his ex-wife, played by Aniston.
