Ashley Greene has been jetting around Europe and Canada looking really fit. What's her secret? It's not easy toning those arms, especially as it gets closer to summer, but we want to share our moves that can give us amazing arms like Miss Greene's New Moon guns...or at least closer!
These 10-minute arm toning tips will get you looking closer to Ashley Greene's amazing physique!
*Try arm circles to work your shoulders, biceps, and triceps. Stretch both of your arms out on either side of you, standing straight. Keep your palms down as you create small circles in a clockwise motion. Do clockwise, and then counter-clockwise, moves.
*Push-ups sound super retro, but they're one of the best ways to tone arms fast. Modfied push-ups are completely allowed, especially if that's the only way you can keep proper form.
*Using weight or resistance bands in any exercise will add that little extra something tohelp add definition. Instead of buying weight, start off with bottles of water.
