Get Jessica Biel's Red Carpet-Worthy Ballerina Bun

How do you achieve this tossled, yet elegant look at home? Glamour's "The Girls in the Beauty Dept." tracked down the answer-through Jessica Biel's stylist Adir Abergel for Frederic Fekkai-for us!

1.) Apply a texturing gel at the roots of damp hair, making sure you scrunch here and there for body.

2.) Dry the hair with your hands (not with a brush).

3.) Apply a finishing creme to separate strands and create loose, relaxed separation on top. Pull the rest back into a bun just below the crown. Play with the hair around your face again to create texture.

4.) Pin into place.

5.) Hair spray.
