Glass Roof Falls on Jersey Shore Cast, Chris Noth

The Jersey Shore cast gets sharded on.

Snookie knows how to bring the house down... literally. The little orange Guidette was at a party (along with Sex and the City's Chris Noth) in Manhattan when the glass ceiling collapsed, sending shards down on the partiers below.

Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi and Vinnie Guadagnino, cast members of the popular MTV show Jersey Shore, and Chris "Mr. Big" Noth from Sex and the City were at the Masks and Mayhem Purim party when ice from a nearby skyscraper fell through the glass ceiling.

The masquerade party, held to celebrate the Jewish holiday of Purim, was going fine until the atrium collapsed. Glass pieces then rained on the crowd, causing minor injuries and sending some people to the hospital.

"Omg roof just collapsed at the purim event!" said Snooki on her Twitter page. "We thought the dj was beatin the beat hardcore but nope,the roof couldn't handle [us]."

According to the NY Daily News, the glass cut up numerous people. And though a few victims were taken to the hospital, party-goers were amazed that no one was seriously injured.

"It was scary," said Snookie. "but I'm glad nobody got hurt."
