Glenn Beck Renewed For Five Year, $100 Million Deal
Conservative personality will continue to flood the radio airwaves
Tired of hearing about Glenn Beck? Too bad. It looks like we're going to have to get used to him, as the radio personality has signed a five-year, $100 million contract with Premiere Networks, a subsidiary of Clear Channel Communications.
According to Reuters, Premiere Networks has also extended its deal with Mercury Radio Arts (Beck's company) in regards to the web properties that represent the personality through various forms of media to advertisers and sponsors. The web properties include TheBlaze.com, Markdown.com, GlennBeck.com, and GBTV (Yes, he created an online network for viewers that just can't get enough of The Beckster).

Beck previously had a television show on Fox News, appropriately entitled Glenn Beck, which was cancelled last April due to faltering ratings. This hasn't stopped his radio show from garnering listeners, however, as "The Glenn Beck" program is broadcaste on more than 400 stations. And, as if that's not enough to swallow, how's this? Beck's show takes a backseat only to his conservative peers Rush Limbaugh and Sean Hannity -- his is the third most popular program in the U.S.
Though he has yet to sign a deal that would involve the return of his television show, Beck can still be seen on the online GBTV.com. Oh joy.
