Gwyneth Paltrow Talks About Aging

Gwyneth Paltrow is owning 39. In fact, she thinks she looks better now than she did at age 24.

Paltrow credits her happiness and family life with her healthy glow, weighing in on why she's aged so well.

Paltrow will no doubt continue to take heat from her harshest critics for her "better than the rest of you" mentality, but honestly, she sets herself up for it pretty well.

Admittedly, it's hard to say that you look good without sounding like an arrogant ass, but Paltrow pushes her haters' buttons -- a LOT.

In a new interview with the Daily Mail, she says, "I like being older. It's nice to really know yourself and feel relaxed. And I actually think I look better now than I did when I was 24, so I'm very comfortable with myself."

Okay, it's not entirely hoity-toity and GOOPish, and she's not hawking her cleanse or some  $90 t-shirt, so it's not all bad.

She also talks about finding happiness in her life, sharing, "I feel like motherhood has given me all my happiness and a real life: a husband, my children and everything that's invested in that. Every woman is different, but for me that's where I've gotten my real happiness."

She moves into annoying territory, however, when she talks about stress, noting, "I find that I get stressed out when I try to do too many things at once, and so I try not to. I feel very stressed out if I'm trying to cook and help the children with their homework and answer emails and talk to my lawyer or whatever. I feel really overwhelmed. So I try to just do things one at a time."

See? She's just like the rest of us moms, juggling it all.

(Eyeroll.)
