Is that a baby bump?

Heidi Klum has everyone speculating that she and her husband, Seal, are expecting baby number four. What sparked the rumors?

Apparently, designs for a new outfit that was being created for the Project Runway host were accidentally posted online. The leak revealed a maternity outfit for Heidi.

Now, InTouchWeekly reports that a source said, "It looks like Heidi is four months pregnant. Sketches leaked online of her in redesigned couture gowns to make room for a bump, but were quickly taken down!"

If these rumors are true, this will be the fourth child for the Heidi Klum and Seal. They have two biological children together - Henry, 3, and Johan, 2 - and Seal is the adoptive father to her daughter - Leni, 4 - by Formula-1 mogul Flavio Briatore.

The source went on to say that, "She plans to announce her pregnancy when she wears the dress [from the leaked photos] to the event."

It's hard to tell if she is hiding a baby bump under that jacket or not. Looking at photos from one of her recent photo shoot, there was no bump in sight. We'll keep you posted though.
