They're Already Fighting Over the Kids

During their nearly seven-year marriage, Heidi Klum and Seal renewed their vows six different times. But it doesn't look like that's going to keep their Hollywood divorce from getting nasty.

The two main points of contention: money and the kids. Radar is reporting that Seal is now fighting Klum's request for primary custody of the couple's four children by requesting instead that the kids' time be evenly split between both parents.

Klum, meanwhile, was reportedly livid when her ex gave personal family photos of the children to Leica as part of his digital ad campaign with the camera brand. Klum hired an attorney and within days, the photos were removed.

"Heidi felt that the children had gone through enough since their parents split and she didn't want their private moments out there for the world to see," a source told Radar. "But Seal maintained he had every right to use his personal photos - and, moreover, that it was a done deal and out of his hands."

Meanwhile, it sounds like Klum and Seal are gearing up to fight over finances. Her estimated $70 million fortune is much smaller than his $15 million and while Klum has claimed the couple shares no joint assets, Seal is already in disagreement.

Since the split, Seal has been spotted out with several new women. So far, Klum does not appear to be dating yet.

We hope for the kids' sake these two can keep things as amicable as possible.
