Heidi Montag Shows Mom Her Plastic Surgery

Zoo animal or circus freak?

I think it's safe to say that Heidi Montag has mostly gotten a negative reaction to her recent plethora of plastic surgery. Even hubby, Spencer Pratt, didn't seem too excited about it. But Heidi had one final test: a trip home to show her mom her new look. Let's just say her mom wasn't impressed.

Heidi Montag was excited to show her mom the results of her plastic surgery. I'm not quite certain why considering she basically took the genes her parents gave her, decided they sucked, and completely changed the way she looked. But anyhow, Heidi headed home to Crested Butte, CO, to show her mom her new look. She says, "I was nervous, but also excited... I never thought in my wildest dreams she was going to react the way she did."

So, what happened? Well, don't worry, you'll get to see the whole thing on The Hills soon. But according to Heidi, "She was looking at me almost like a zoo animal. It wasn't like I was her daughter anymore. She was looking at me like I was a circus freak." Um, that's probably because you don't really look like her daughter anymore.

But poor Heidi is so oblivious, she doesn't even seem to understand why her mother is upset. At all. She says, "I think she was most upset that Spencer was there for me and she wasn't. She was saying how sad it is that my confidence is gone because of the music industry I'm trying to get into." I really doubt that. If anything, she's upset she wasn't there to stop you and Spencer didn't do anything to stop you.

What will this do to Heidi's relationship with her mother? As if marrying Spencer Pratt didn't change their relationship enough, now they have this to deal with. Heidi says, "I tried to leave it as best as I could, but my heart was breaking." I'm sure hers was too, Heidi. Where did she go wrong?
