Hilary Duff Thinks Faye Dunaway Is Ugly
Hil gets personal with the last lady I'd want to piss off...
In a past life, I had occasion to interact with Faye Dunaway. Without going into specifics, these interactions were on the phone and usually consisted of Ms. Dunaway screaming at the top of her lungs about something rather unimportant. I learned a lesson: Mommie Dearest is real, and she is not to be trifled with.
So when I read the news that Hilary Duff called out Faye D. in the press, my reaction was "Oh Hil, no."
The beef between Hilary and Faye began with Faye's not-so-nice comments about news that Duff had been cast in the role of Bonnie in a new Bonnie and Clyde movie. If you've seen the original flick, you know that the role was very capably played by a young Dunaway. When lady-Faye found out, she was quoted as saying, "Couldn't they at least cast a real actress?" Ouch.
.
Well the gloves are off with H.Duff telling E!:
"I think that my fans that are going to go see the movie don't even know who she is. I think it was a little unnecessary, but I might be mad if I looked like that now, too."
Snap and a half! Hilary better watch her back. And her front. Because Mommy doesn't like little girls who don't know their place. She might also want to hide any wire hangers. Just sayin'...
