Former Playboy bunny Holly Madison knows how to keep her figure looking perky and slim-- and she's sharing her tips with the world! Not only did she dole out tips for her on-the-go travel eating, but she also got advice from nutritionist Keri Glassman about eating right while she's busy.
OK! did an interesting feature in which they compared Holly's eating habits with Keri's advice. Here we go!
Holly's A.M. Eats: "I start my day with a Jay Robb Fudge Brownie Protein Bar and a coffee from Starbucks or The Coffee Bean," Holly tells OK!. "I always drink plenty of water in the morning.".
Keri's Advice: Keri says that you can go for a hard-boiled egg and high-fiber cereal with a latte instead of coffee. A nutrition bar is good "in a pinch," she said.
Holly's Lunch: "My favorite lunch items include chicken caesar salads, a grilled chicken sandwich with avocado - which I had today - and a hamburger with extra pickles and fries."
Keri's Advice: She didn't even comment on the burger and fried, but she says she loves avocado as a healthy fat.
Holly's Snack: "In the afternoon I usually have a piece of fruit - typically a red apple, an orange or a banana," Holly says. "Today I had an apple."
Keri's Advice: If you get hungrier on some days, eat nonfat Greek yogurt!
Holly's Dinner: "Today I had sushi rolls. I love California, spicy tuna and shrimp tempura rolls. I usually have miso soup and edamame with them; I get it all from Koi at Planet Hollywood [Resort & Casino, in Las Vegas]."
Keri's Advice: Go for brown rice, and add in sashimi for extra protein.
As weird as I think it is to read about Holly Madison's eating habits, I didn't mind getting a few extra tips. I noticed that she didn't talk too much about beverages, though... I wonder what she had at dinner?
