It's summer and everyone wants to look their best at the beach -- especially when they're famous and the paparazzi is hiding behind every palm tree and Good Humor guy.

Given the big bucks Hollywood stars make and the pricey trainers they can afford, you'd think they'd all be rocking smokin' hot bods. Instead, we're seeing more and more of a disturbing trend among male celebrities -- the dreaded Man Boobs.

Man Boobs or Moobs as they're also known, have a bona fide medical name: gynecomastia. In some cases, the condition is caused by excess hormone production - which can occur naturally or through steroid use (you know who you are). They can also result from too much poundage and, if that's the cause, diet and exercise are usually the solution.

If all else fails, the plastic surgeon's office is always an option. Gynecomastia surgery is one of the most popular procedures among men in the US and has an average cost of $5,700.
