Are you eating yourself silly after your breakup? There seems to be two breakup camps: one that gets hotter with rejection or disappointment, and the other that hits the gallon of ice cream, hard. We hear from the latter over at College Candy, and think about our own break-up stories.

I happen to be from the group that drops weight when I'm single. If I'm on the prowl, then I need to be looking my best: I'm the classic "let yourself go" gal, as much as I like to ignore it, and a crappy relationship situation can light a fire under my butt to hit the gym like whoa.

Writer Lauren from U of Michigan explains why she skips the gym and hits the cheese when she breaks up: "Since I don't have anyone to look good for, I often give in to that fat little devil sitting on my shoulder and trade in Spinning time for catching-up-on-my-DVR time. I keep telling myself I'll go tomorrow; I have so much free time, why wouldn't I go? But then I don't go."

If you'd like to know the signs of a weight-gain breakup, and whether or not one's coming your way, you'll definitely want to check out College Candy immediately. As if the holidays weren't bad enough on the waistline already!
