Is Kim Kardashian Good for Lindsay Lohan?

If you've been following Lindsay Lohan on Twitter lately, then you've been seeing her tweets to Kim Kardashian. She's acting like the two of them are besties forever. And while Kim did wish Lindsay a very sweet happy birthday, we're not sure the two are destined to be best friends. Michael Lohan, however, thinks Kim is the best thing to happen to Lindsay!

We just don't see Lindsay Lohan and Kim Kardashian being friends. Lindsay Lohan is out partying every night and Kim Kardashian is busy working her butt off. While Kim makes plenty of public appearances, she keeps it under control and doesn't appear to drink much. Lindsay is forced to wear a SCRAM bracelet and get tested to stop her from drinking. Not exactly two peas in a pod.

But we get why Michael Lohan would like them to be friends and why he thinks Kim would be a really good influence on Lindsay. Michael tells RadarOnline, "Since the time I first met Kim two years ago in New York, I've thought she was a good influence on Lindsay... Even back then, and Kim will tell you this, I told her that I wanted her to befriend Lindsay so that she could help steer her in the right direction. I mean, look at Kim and what she's accomplished..."

Judging from Lindsay's recent tweets, she really wants to be friends with Kim too. But we think Kim would be wise to stay away from Lindsay. Sure, she can send her a happy birthday tweet and a friendly hello, but hanging out probably isn't the best idea. We don't think one person can fix Lindsay and we do think Lindsay has the power to bring Kim down.
