Jaime Pressly Dismisses Divorce, DUI Connection
Rough times for Jaime
Jaime Pressly has not had an easy time lately, and I'm just going to say that some of it's her fault. A DUI? Definitely her fault. The divorce is unfortunate, but since the DUI and split happened at the same time, we keep thinking they're linked. Jaime insists that they're not.

"People [are] thinking my divorce is happening because of the [DUI] situation," she tells Extra. "Truth is: These are all isolated incidents."
Do you believe? I think that Jaime believes it herself, but I have questions about her claims. Does she truly think that she wasn't in trouble with the DUI because her personal life was in shambles? Couldn't she have been distracted enough about her divorce from Simran Singh to make a bad decision? Yes.

"I don't ever want my son to grow up and read all these false statements," Jaime added, saying that she and Singh "fell in love quickly. We got married very quickly. It didn't work out the way we wanted to. There's nothing more to it."
Jaime's on a lot of people's bad lists after that DUI. If it's important that her son not hear about her divorce and her personal problems, then it's more important that she not drive drunk.
