Jennifer Aniston Inspires Us to Bike Away
Get on That Cycle This Summer
Jennifer Aniston was caught busy filming "The Bounty" in Atlantic City, New Jersey, and her cool bike stance inspired us to dust off the old Schwinn. If you're looking for a way to keep yourself from getting overly tired, try this RPM trick.
Experts say that your revolutions per minute can make a big difference in leg fatigue, so if you're a beginner who wants to continue biking after your first run, or an experienced rider looking for tips, this works quite well. To pull it off, you'll need to count, time, and multiply, but after a few attempts, it'll be easy.
While biking your desired speed in a safe area (not all of us can do math and bike), count the number of times that your right leg comes up in a pedal stroke in 10 seconds. Multiply your results by six, and that's your rpm! While 80 is ideal, you can go anywhere from 60 to about 100 and still keep your knees in shape.
One question: where's Jen's helmet?!

Here are some great pics of Jennifer!
