Jennifer Aniston Receives Harsh Reviews for "The Switch"
Aniston called "walking vanilla milkshake."
Yikes. Jennifer Aniston is not winning friends from her performance alongside Jason Bateman in "The Switch." Aniston's performance is being described as boring and bland -- will she be able to bounce back from her lousy week?
Our pals at Hollywood Life have rounded up the reviews -- they report: "The 'Boston Globe' says, 'movies never had a star as depressing as Aniston and the 'New York Times' calls her boring, bland, and a 'walking vanilla milkshake!' Even her 10-year-old costar and movie son Bryce Robinson is a better actor, says 'Time Out New York!'"
"USA Today" says that Aniston simply copied Jennifer Lopez's role in this year's "The Back-up Plan" and that Aniston suffers a chronic condition of taking "forgettable roles in forgettable movies."
Aniston has done a less than stellar job at promoting the film this week and is even being slammed by the Special Olympics for using the word "retard" during her appearance on Thursday's "Live! With Regis & Kelly."

However, she says that her favorite scene in the movie is the one in which she shares an intimate moment with a turkey baster -- said Aniston, "That's one of those scenes in the movie, when I say I laughed out loud, I laughed out loud [when I read it in the script]. It's one of those things where you go, 'They did not just ... that did not just happen. Really?'"
