I sometimes imagine that Jennifer Aniston gets a bit depressed-feeling when she falls out of yet another relationship. But it turns out it's her dog who might be depressed. Poor Welsh corgi/terrier Norman is now being treated for depression.

Maybe Norman simply has daddy issues and is wishing his owner would bring a man into his life? When Jennifer Aniston noticed her dog acting strangely, she took him to the "dog therapist" where he was diagnosed with depression. Will anti-depressants help him?

According to a source to Now magazine, "Jen became seriously worried about Norman's mental health after his disappearance. He came back dazed and lacklustre and often didn't seem to recognise her. She's concerned this could be it for him and she's devastated. The dog therapist said Norman was depressed and that's what was causing him to act oddly."

I'm not saying I don't believe Jen and her doggy therapist, but you should know that Norman is 15 years old. That's pretty old for a dog!  And isn't it normal for older dogs to act a little lackluster and confused?

Poor Jennifer Aniston is pretty heartbroken over Norman's depression. He's been prescribed anti-depressants, but Jen thinks love can help lift the sadness. The source says, "People may laugh at her, but Norman really is her best friend. She can't bear to see him like this, but he's very old and she's starting to accept he might be on his last legs.

What do you think? I have a feeling Norman won't be around much longer, so I hope Jennifer Aniston is able to fit in lots of good, quality time with him!
