Twenty-nine-year-old Jennifer Hudson butterflied into the public eye as a long-running contestant on "American Idol," and part of her appeal has been that she's so relatable. Unlike a lot of Hollywood figures, Hudson (who has a one-year-old son with fiance David Otunga) knows one of the core struggles of womanhood -- body image -- and in 2010 set out to accomplish something she'd been meaning to do for ages when she tried Weight Watchers to lose 80 pounds.
