Jennifer Hudson has gotten her body back after a few short months. The singer and actress gave birth to David Daniel Otunga, Jr. this year and managed to get her weight under control with some pretty simple measures. If she can do it, so can we!
The Oscar winner, who was performing away from her beloved son at the Whitney Museum Gala on Monday night, spilled a few of her secrets while wearing a beautiful pink dress.
Her secret... is walking. "I'm still working on it," the Oscar winner said, adding that she walks 45 minutes to an hour every day. "I'm eating right, exercising, cutting sugar out of my diet. That's pretty much it, and walking every day, making sure I do some kind of exercise."
Arg! Everyone always says that just keeping active is the key to hotness, and judging from how many celebs have said it, it's true! From Matthew McConaughey to Jennifer Love Hewitt, we hear it again and again. It's time to dust off that treadmill, or at least pull out your sneakers and head to the park.
Noting that "Motherhood has made me more affectionate, emotional," Jennifer Hudson showed the press a pic of her baby boy right on her cell phone. Too cute.
