Forty-eight-year-old Jennifer Jason Leigh and 41-year-old Noah Baumbach met in 2001 when Leigh was starring as Catherine in the Broadway adaptation of "Proof." The pair married in 2005 and welcomed their first child, a son named Rohmer Emmanuel, in March 2010.

Both Jennifer Jason Leigh and Noah Baumbach were born into creative families. Leigh is a Los Angeles native and the daughter of actor Vic Morrow and screenwriter Barbara Turner; and the parents of Brooklyn-born Baumbach are arts and literature critics for some of New York's most elite publications. When Baumbach and Leigh married in 2005, Noah told a reporter, "I expect to be with her for the rest of my life."

But a new report reveals that on Nov. 15, Jennifer Jason Leigh filed to divorce Noah Baumbach. The acclaimed actress is seeking spousal support as well as primary custody of baby Rohmer with visitation for Baumbach.
