I always thought that Jennifer Lopez liked to eat well and wasn't into working out. She always looks great, but since she loves to live the good life, I figured that she liked to indulge, meal-wise. Ding ding ding! Jennifer Lopez loves bread.
Jennifer Lopez made us pretty happy when we heard she's not following diets like Elizabeth Hurley's (mmmm, a cup of hot water in the morning). No, she had trouble temporarily giving up the things she loves after she had her babies.

"I followed an exercise plan, lots of cardio," Jennifer explained, adding that her meals included "Just good food and not a lot of bread, sugar and pasta. More fruit, vegetables and lean meats. At the beginning it was really hard to drop those last 10-15lb. I don't like to diet and I like to eat bread!"
Sing it, sister! I could go for a crunchy baguette or maybe some of those pizza crust aperitifs with lemon pepper seasoning. I wonder what type of bread is Jennifer weakness... I bet it's French.
