Jesse James Wants Sandra Bullock Out of Custody Drama

Jesse James is trying to keep Sandra Bullock out of his custody drama, but only because he is doing his best to protect her. The Monster Garage star's ex-wife recently made comments about Sandra trying to rip her daughter away from her, and even suggested that the actress contact her directly to work on their issues.
Porn star Janine Lindemulder, ex-wife of Jesse, suggested on Good Morning America that Sandra was trying to "take away my daughter," after which Jesse James' lawyer Marilyn Slifman said that the remarks were "inaccurate and unfortunate."
"Sandra Bullock is not a party to this litigation," Slifman told PEOPLE. "Mr. James's sole concern is for the safety, welfare and best interests of his daughter. The proper forum to resolve this case is in the courtroom."
After Lindemulder was jailed for tax evasion, she was featured in several letters written by Jesse and Sandra questioning whether her drug problems would make her an unfit parent. Since the time Lindemulder had been jailed, Sandra and Jesse James have been raising five-year-old Sunny. Drama! It sounds like Sandra is just doing her best to stay on people's good side (including her stepdaughter's) while all of this gets cleared up.
