Jessica Simpson seems to be a non-stop designing machine. And though she's often criticized by her singing and acting skills, people seem to go crazy over her shoes and handbags. So, she figures she may as well keep going. And with a new collaboration with Jones New York, she'll soon be coming out with a line of jeans, tops, skirts, and more.

These days, lots of celebrity clothing lines are failing, but Jessica Simpson's only seems to be getting hotter and hotter. Which might seem a bit odd since she's not really the most popular celebrity. But people must be buying Jess's clothing no matter how they feel about her. I can't even count how many times I've seen her shoes and handbags in the stores and wanted to buy them without even realizing she was the designer behind them.

Jessica Simpson has a good thing going and she's not stopping any time soon. She's now teaming up with the Jones Apparel Group to create a whole new line of denim and clothing. And the price-points sound pretty nice too with jeans starting at $49 and other items ranging from $29 to $79. And according to Jess herself, "The jeggings are amazing and the skinny jeans fit to perfection... We have great tops, super soft T's and cute boyfriend blazers and jackets that complete the look." Sounds cute!

It sounds like Jessica Simpson is quite involved in her clothing line too and isn't just hanging out behind the scenes. According to Jones jeanswear CEO, "She has a very strong point of view and would be in here working long hours on this, sometimes up to 12 hours or so. I have to say, I didn't really expect to see that.... What I like about Jessica is that she comes across as approachable and not too edgy, which allows for the collection to translate to a broader customer base." Jessica is expected to make some in-store appearances once her new line launches in July. I can't wait to check it out!
