If you see Kate Gosselin throwing a mega-bash this weekend, consider that it might not just be a holiday party for her beloved TLC crew. Jon and Kate can celebrate: early Friday, a judge finalized their divorce. Hoorah! Here are the details and what Kate had to say.

A judge signed the final divorce papers Friday morning after a Pennsylvania arbitrator determined how Jon and Kate's finances and property would be divided. That took place Wednesday, causing Kate's camp to say Kate "couldn't be happier" with the arbritrator's decision (translation: she made out and Jon got screwed).

When the divorce turned final Friday morning, Kate's lawyer Mark Momjian told TMZ, "Our client will continue to reside with all eight of her children in the former marital home."

This is a big exhale for Kate Gosselin. "I am very relieved that our divorce has been finalized," she says, "And I look forward to the New Year, focusing on our children." Kate said that navigating the divorce process with deadbeat ex Jon was "challenging." Her new concentration? "Restructuring our lives."
