Does the "Mayer tongue".

No, this is not a technical term, but maybe it should be. After all, there is a definite John Mayer face. The over-exaggerated expressions of the guitar-clad crooner, and Jen Aniston lovah, are legendary. At least, Justin Timberlake and Jimmy Fallon think so.

J.T. hit up Jimmy's new show last night, trying to help the Fallon generate some buzz on his first night out of the gate. The debut was actually pretty successful. Ratings were up over 35% from Conan O'Brien's average this season, but much of that could have to do with PR hype surrounding the transition and curiosity about how Fallon is going to fill O'Brien's shoes on Late Night. Much of it could also have to do with Timberlake.

The fashionable man helped bring the funny, and ease some of Jimmy's noticeable nerves, with his impersonation of John Mayer. Check out the aggressive use of tongue and impressive parroting of Mayer's sound. Make sure to watch through to the end, because the Michael McDonald shtick is pretty hilarious too.

We expect Mayer to Twitter about this by the end of the day.
