Sources saw JT out in L.A. over the weekend with a new lady.

We don't think Jessica Biel is very happy. The split between her and near-three-year boyfriend Justin Timberlake has been all but confirmed by the pair, but already it looks like Justin is getting on with his life...and possibly another woman.

Witnesses (and paparazzi) spotted Justin leaving West Hollywood's Crown Bar last weekend. According to the snaps, the girl is a cute Jessica Biel look-alike who perched herself in Timberlakes's backseat and made a half-attempt to stay hidden from paparazzi.

Poor Jessica. Yesterday Justin Timberlake's grandma made news when she said the whole family knew Jessica wanted commitment more than Justin does...and last week reports exploded that Justin dumped Jessica more than a month ago.
