Kanye West and Taylor Swift Share Billboard Award

How does Kanye feel?

This is probably one of the funniest (and most ironic) things ever. I want to know what's really running through Kanye West's head to learn that he's sharing a top music honor with Taylor Swift. But he seems to have learned he needs to keep his mouth shut.

Kanye West has received lots of year-end and decade-end awards for his music. And in usual Kanye fashion, he's taken to his blog to thank his fans. In all caps, of course.

First, Entertainment Weekly named Kanye's College Dropout album of the decade; a huge honor. Kanye is clearly psyched by this award and says, "WOW... THIS IS REALLY FLATTERING... I'VE HAD SOME UPS AND DOWNS THIS YEAR, WELL ACTUALLY THIS DECADE..." Yes, Kanye certainly has some ups and tons of downs this year.

Kanye also shares some love for Jay-Z and his album Blueprint. Kind of. He says, "THANK YOU FOR THIS ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND FOR PUTTING 'THE BLUEPRINT' ON THE LIST ALSO. I LOVED 'THE LOVE BELOW' AND 'GET RICH OR DIE TRYING' ALSO. THEY BOTH EQUALLY DESERVED THE NUMBER ONE SPOT IN MY EYES BUT THERE CAN ONLY BE ONE NUMBER ONE!!!!" Oh, Kanye, when are you going to learn to just shut up and accept your award like a man.

But the funniest thing is the fact that Kanye West and Taylor Swift were named top male and female artist of 2009 by Billboard. Kanye writes as the post's title, "WOW!!! SOMETIMES I FEEL LIKE I'M IN A MOVIE. THANK YOU FOR THE HONOR." And simply posted the online article about the honor. Which basically consists of Taylor Swift's face.

We want to know what's running through Kanye's head and the fact that he's sharing this honor with the one he once greatly insulted. To make matters even worse, Beyonce was ranked #2 after Taylor Swift! It would have been hilarious to hear another one of Kanye's rants on his blog!
