Kanye West's Clothing Line Already Folded

Where did West go?

Gosh, nothing seems to be going right for Kanye West lately. Could it be that his idiotic interruption of Taylor Swift at the VMAs will be the downfall of his entire career? First he cancels his tour with Lady Gaga then we hear his clothing line has folded before it even launched. Will anything ever go right for Kanye West again?

We started seeing images of pieces from Kanye West's new clothing line, Pastelle, a couple weeks ago. We can't say it was our thing, but we're sure some people would go crazy for it. Kanye did "intern" at the Gap for a while and he does have some fashion skills. We're just wondering, can Kanye West really sell anything anymore?

Apparently, not many people think so because as soon as those images were released, it was announced that Kanye's line was folding. We're not exactly sure why, but it probably has something to do with poor reactions to the designs that were leaked online. Kanye seemed so excited about Pastelle and even modeled a jacket from the then upcoming line at the American Music Awards last year.

It just seems a bit like Kanye West is in hiding these days. Maybe he'll come out with a whole new image. Or maybe he's decided fame isn't for him (doubtful). We're thinking someone is at least realizing that nobody really wants to dress like Kanye West. In any event, we're still hoping he makes an appearance with Taylor Swift on Saturday Night Live in a couple weeks. Then he wouldn't be quite so hated anymore.
