Kate Gosselin on The View

Did you catch Kate Gosselin on The View yesterday? She was sitting in as guest co-host with Whoopi Goldberg and the other ladies. Co-host Sherri Shepherd took the opportunity to ask Kate what a lot of us have been wondering. She asked how Kate feels when Jon Gosselin, her soon-to-be ex and father of her eight children, brings his girlfriend Hailey Glassman around the kids.

Kate Gosselin remained composed and said, "This is definitely, I'm not going to lie, difficult. The truth, for the sake of my children, I'm going to take the high road [and not talk about it]. I melted down over the weekend. In the privacy of my own home, I melted down. It's difficult. It's difficult to wake up every day and wonder what things are going to be thrown my way."

They also talked about The Duggar family and how they are expecting baby number 19. Kate reminded us that her situation is very different. The Gosselin kids were multiple births so Kate does not have the luxury of having a few older kids to help raise the younger ones. It's a house of young children and she is really doing her best to keep it all together, while her ex it out there making things worse.

Jon Gosselin has been reckless, insensitive and downright mean. Whether you like Kate or not, you have to feel for her with all the gossip and rumors. Not to mention that she is about to officially become a single mother of a family of eight kids. Can't be easy and we wish her luck!
