There's no denying that boy band One Direction is super hot now, so hot in fact that even one of the world's most sought after models has taken a shine to one of the band members.

Yep, it seems that Kate Upton wants to date Harry Styles, according to a new report.

Apparently, one of the benefits of being a famous pop star is that models want to date you. Not a new phenomenon necessarily - just ask anyone from David Cassidy to Justin Bieber, chicks -- even hot model types -- dig guys in bands.

The Sun reports that Upton thinks Styles is the cutest of the One Direction guys, but will they make a love connection?

Upton, 20, who shot to fame courtesy of her racy Sports Illustrated swimsuit layouts, picked Style as the cutest guy in a photo she was shown of the boy band.

Styles, by the way, is 18 years old, and is rumored to have dated TV presenter Caroline Flack, 32, so he's definitely into older women.

Of course, a source tells The Sun, "He may like older women but Kate's in a different league.''

Too true.

Upton and Styles will reportedly meet at the upcoming 2012 MTV Video Music Awards, but it's unclear if she'll follow through on her crush.

While Styles isn't currently dating anyone, he did exchange phone numbers with Canadian singer Alyssa Reid when they performed recently in the UK.

Reid posted a photo of herself with Styles and another One Direction band member, Zayn Malik, tweeting, "Yes I have introduced myself and I may or may not have got a phone number. I never kiss and tell. I'm not telling you. I can't tell."

She teased, "I would never go for a taken man though, so he must be one of the single ones."

Malik has a girlfriend, so that leaves Styles.
