Kate Walsh Relaxes Amidst Divorce Drama

Doing her best to forget about her wearing divorce proceedings, Kate Walsh was spotted relaxing at Griffith Park with her stepfather on Monday (May 4).

Taking her dogs for an afternoon walk, the "Private Practice" beauty looked to be in high spirits, offering up a smile as she strolled about the park grounds.

The park outing comes just after Miss Walsh spent the weekend meeting an appraiser at her home, as he's assessing the value as part of Kate's separation from ex Alex Young.

With both parties bickering back and forth, Alex's lawer tells TMZ the case is "nowhere near ready for trial."
