Third Time a Charm for Kate Winslet?

Oscar-winner Kate Winslet married for the third time in a super-secret New York City ceremony early this morning, her publicist confirmed today.

The actress, 37, was walked down the aisle by her "Titanic" co-star, Leonardi DiCaprio, during the clandestine ceremony Thursday morning. The lucky guy? Ned Rock'nRoll (née Abel Smith), Sir Richard Branson's nephew.

“I can confirm that Kate Winslet married Ned Rock’nRoll in NY earlier this month in a private ceremony attended by her two children and a very few friends and family,” Winslet's PR people said in a statement. “The couple had been engaged since the summer.”

The two children are daughter Mia, 12, from her first marriage to Jim Threapleton whom she divorced in December of 2001, and son Joe from her union with director Sam Mendes from whom she separated in 2010 and has since divorced.

Winslet and Rock'nRoll were famously caught in the midnight fire that broke out on Branson's Necker Island last year and were instrumental in getting Branson's elderly mother to safety.
