Katt Williams Hopes 2013 Will Be a Better Year

Controversial comedian Katt Williams was arrested yesterday in Los Angeles and was held on $100,000 bail reports TMZ.

Williams, a comedian, rapper and actor, who has gotten into many altercations with hecklers during his live shows, was arrested for child endangerment after LAPD found drugs and illegal drugs in his home where his four children live.

When the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services determined that his kids were at risk, he was taken in and his four minor children were placed in protective custody.

This is not Williams' first encounter with the wrong side of the law. He's been arrested 7 other times, twice this year. Earlier this month, he was arrested in Seattle after allegedly  getting into a fight at a bar. Then,  on December he was cuffed again, this time in Dunnigan, California on a felony warrant stemming from a November 25, 2012 incident in Sacramento where, according to Wikipedia, "he allegedly drove a three-wheeled motorbike on a sidewalk and failed to stop for police. During the resulting police chase, Williams is alleged to have nearly hit five people with his bike, which prompted authorities to end the chase for safety reasons and issue the subsequent warrant."

Sources told TMZ that the case will be presented to the district attorney next week for possible felony child endangerment charges.
