Katy Perry's New Look: Purr or Unsure?

"Firework" fox Katy Perry set off some sparks in Miami last week when she stepped out in a body-baring bikini and hot new red hair with hubby Russell Brand at her side. But as Perry launched her new perfume in Canada this week, her hair made more headlines than did her signature scent.  Is the Teenage Dream suddenly revamping her look in an attempt to re-Brand herself?

Officially launching her new fragrance -- Katy Perry Purr -- in Canada, Perry also debuted shoulder-length red hair and an uncharacteristically conservative sweater dress to give fans a spritz from the cat-shaped bottle that she designed.

In talking about the fragrance's notes of vanilla orchid, amber, fresh citrus, bamboo and pink freesia, Perry has said she hopes Purr "leaves you meowing with delight"...but take our poll: would you buy it?
