Being Ke$ha's assistant is not something you would want to put on your resume. The "Tik Tok" singer says she cheers herself up by making her assistant put on a giant penis costume and dance around the house.

In a new interview with Glamour magazine, the 24 year-old Nashville native reveals the bizarre, humiliating and hilarious hoops she makes her helpers jump through.

"Sometimes when I'm sad, I make my assistant put on the penis outfit and bounce around my house," she said. "I'm very amused by five-year-old humor. But who isn't amused by a giant, dancing penis?"

Of course, maintaining your persona as a slightly psychotic electro-pop fairy is not ALL fun and games. When she's not turning her aides into big weenies, she's eating men alive.

"I do destroy men on a weekly basis. It's like a hobby. I'm like a praying mantis," she tells the magazine. "They f**k me, and then I eat them."

In all, the singer/songwriter/asylum escapee sounds like a pretty fun date. Ke$ha's follow-up to her 2010 album, Animal, is expected to drop later this year.
