Rightly so.

Kelly Bensimon isn't the brightest bulb, but she's stepped aside this season to allow Jill, Alex, and Sonja to weave their web of crazy. Kelly, however, has that wacky side bubbling beneath the surface. She's afraid that a vacation might bring it out.

Bensimon already turned down the RHONY ladies' invitation to go to Morocco, saying that she's sensitive.

"I cannot go on a trip with Ramona [Singer]," she explains. "It's hard for me to be in a room with her. I'm too sensitive. You guys are amazing and I don't want to put myself in a situation where I have to remove myself."

If you remember from last year's Real Housewives, Kelly went on a St. John island break with the girls and ended up having a meltdown. It was Bethenny that she had problems with, however, and things went absolutely nuts between all the girls. This was back during the days when Sonja Morgan actually served as the Switzerland of the group.

The Countess, whose manners are only on show when she does her little etiquette column, said that she couldn't believe Kelly wasn't going. She pressed her to attend. Kelly wasn't having it.

"This trip is going to be fantastic," the Countess pressed. "Why are you letting Ramona interfere with this trip? It's not seven days of her -- it's seven days of us!"

Kelly's probably afraid that she'll be called crazy for another year if she gets agitated in Morocco. I don't blame her for not wanting to go, though--it'll be some terrible SATC knockoff vacation where Ramona gets drunk and LuAnn wanders around trying to speak French with everyone. Mmm, fun! Why not go on vacation with your real friends?
