Kelly Ripa: 'I Use Botox, I Work Out Every Day and I Don't Overeat' [SLIDESHOW]
The Refreshingly Honest Star Admits Looking Good Means Hard Work, Sacrifice and Yes, Injections
Daytime talk show host Kelly Ripa isn't spouting those old Hollywood clichés about having good genes or just being lucky; she fully admits she has to work out every day, watch what she eats and drinks and go for liberal amounts of Botox to maintain her TV star good looks.

In an interview with In Touch magazine (as reported by the U.K. Daily Mail newspaper), Ripa says, "I work out every day. I don't overeat. I try to drink water, but I prefer wine, and when all else fails, I get Botox injected right here, right into my forehead as much as possible!"
The Live! With Kelly host, 41, says she gets hints about when it's time to hit the office of her favorite dermatologist, Dr. Frederic Brandt, when her kids start asking her if she's mad at them a lot.

"I say, 'Why do you think I'm mad at you?' They say it's because I'm frowning," she says. "I go, 'Oh no! I am? I'll be right back!'"
Ripa, who's still looking for a co-host for her ABC morning show, is careful not to overdo the Botox, though, with Brandt telling In Touch that his goal is always to "keep Kelly looking like Kelly."
Ripa, who jokes that she loves Dr. Brandt so much that he's her "real husband," has been married to actor Mark Consuelos, her occasional Live! guest co-host, since 1996.
The couple met on the set of the now-defunct soap opera All My Children, where they were a couple on and off-camera. They have three children: Michael, 15, Lola, 11 and Joaquin, nine.

Ripa, who was recently named one of the Most Powerful People in Media by The Hollywood Reporter, will be a guest co-host herself in coming weeks, as she is one of several celebs -- along with Katie Couric, Diane Sawyer and Barbara Walters -- who will fill in for Good Morning America co-anchor Robin Roberts while she takes time off to receive a bone marrow transplant.
