If you are offended by conspicuous consumption, skip to the photo gallery at the bottom of this post. Kim Kardashian flexed her shopping muscles this year on a trip to France and bought an incredible array of bags at Hermes. Multiple Birkins, I repeat: multiple Birkins.

Kim flitted into the Parisian post and splashed out on not one, not two (not three or four, either), but SEVEN BIRKINS. That needed to be screamed, since most girls who love fashion and accessories have a soft spot for Hermes, and probably Birkins especially.

How much did Kim spend on the bags, which she bought with her mom, Kris Jenner, in tow? $100,000, which included $30,000 on the more difficult to source saltwater crocodile Birkin.

If you find this bill repulsive, then you really don't want to hear the next tidbit: Kim Kardashian tore through Hermes in a matter of minutes to get the bags. Sure, she might have been on a waiting list and just came to pick them up, but not lingering in Hermes is a CRIME. People dream of going there, and then you make a stop equal to one at McDonald's? For shame.

Are you offended by Kim's purchases? Many argue that she should be donating that kind of money to people who need it, and the sheer volume of the bulk buy is grating. But with Kim's huge yearly paycheck, this is chump change. I hate to say it, but it's true.
