And Kardashian's Wedding Date is Almost Revealed

We're getting closer to Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries' big wedding date reveal. Yesterday we heard a top-secret date had been set and today we're learning a little bit more about just when that date will be. Plus, Kardashian is starting to make decisions about her wedding wardrobe, including a pair of custom Louboutins and a Vera Wang dress. Clearly, she's thinking way outside the box for this one. Not.

Kardashian's guests have been sworn to secrecy about her wedding date. But when you're having a wedding this big that involves lots of media, it's inevitable that details will be leaked. Today, we're a little bit closer to learning exactly when the big day will be. And if reports are true, it makes sense that she's scrambling to nail down the details.

A source tells PopEater.com, "The date that close friends of the family are being given is toward the beginning of August." If the wedding is on a Saturday as many weddings are, it will likely either be August 6 or August 13. Of course, celebrities often like having their weddings during the week to garner more attention. The location? While reports swirl that it will take place on a private estate in Los Angeles,  an exact spot has yet to be named.

With August right around the corner, Kardashian is working on finalizing her wedding wardrobe. According to the New York Post's Page Six, she was spotted shopping at the Christian Louboutin boutique in West Village and a source overheard that the reality star will be "custom-making her shoes for the wedding, but she wanted to try some on for size." What, she couldn't do that in her own closet?

KK also brought camera crews along as she tried on dresses with sister Kourtney at Vera Wang's NYC showroom. She and Wang then hit the city streets for a stroll -- a pretty solid indicator that the famed designer will be the one behind the dress.
