Kristen Stewart Can't Wait to Work with Mom
She's raring to go.
Do you enjoy working closely with your parents? While you might not find your mom irritating anymore, you probably did when you were nineteen. Considering Kristen Stewart's most recent interview, she's more mature than we give her credit for-- she can't wait to work with her mom!
Don't get me wrong, she had her initial reservations about her upcoming project, but now she feels back on top. Do you remember news about K-Stew and Nikki Reed in the film K-11? It's been given the green light, which means that Kristen will be working with her mother, Jules Mann-Stewart.
Kristen spoke about the collaboration to Parade magazine, explaining "She's a really well-known script supervisor and she's co-written this drama K-11, which she'll direct and I will be in. If she called me right now and said, 'We're making the movie,' I would be really excited."
So how is that going to work, you ask? Kristen has the same questions-- literally.
"I guess my question is, 'How would it be to work with a parent?' We're really close and then, at the same time, we're creatively very different. But, I think it would be cool if it happens."
Kristen explained that she does connect with a fan base, despite the fact that she's never been "obsessed" with anything before.
"I've never been so fanatical about something," Kristen explained to Parade.
"I never had that thing that I'm obsessed with. But, I've followed things for years like bands and movies and actors. I completely get what they're feeling. Personally, it's just so cool for me to be able to go back and follow a character for so long in successive movies. The fact that fans love them helps give me the chance."
At least Kristen always delivers interesting interviews when she's chatting with magazines. I think she doesn't always come off how she wants, but I'm sure her mom loves this kind of interview! So flattering for a parent.
