Kristen Stewart Goes Rocker Chic at MTV Movie Awards

I have to imagine that the MTV Movie Awards are Kristen Stewart's favorite award show. Besides the fact that she takes home every award she's nominated for, the dress code is much more lax than it is for other red carpets. And this year, Kristen actually looked incredibly comfortable in her rocker chic dress, even flashing a smile for the camera.

There's nothing worse than seeing a celebrity look totally uncomfortable walking down the red carpet. You know, like how Twilight's Kristen Stewart looks at practically every award show she attends. Aside from the MTV Movie Awards. Less glam than other events, Kristen is allowed to dress however she wants.
While you've likely been hearing lots of criticism for Kristen Stewart's red safety pin dress, there's no denying that it was very "her." And her Balmain mini dress helped Kristen look totally comfortable on the red carpet, which was a relief to us all. The dress featured silver safety pins, stars, and studs; and she paired it with simple pointy black pumps. However, you may have noticed that Stewart switched to sneakers at some point during the show. All that running up on stage to collect awards must do number on the feet.
In addition to the totally "her" dress, Kristen wore her signature smoky eye, but didn't overdo it on the makeup. Her hair was all natural, worn down in waves, with not a whole lot of visible effort put into it. Just as we expected.

Many critics are claiming Kristen Stewart's dress didn't do her body any favors and actually had her looking like a 12-year-old boy instead of the woman that she is. But at this point, a comfortable-looking Kristen (who's actually smiling) is much more important than a sexy Kristen.
