Kristen Stewart Got $500,000 For 15 Minutes With Prince
Money Donated To Hurricane Sandy Charity
Kristen Stewart knows how to raise some serious cash. The Twilight star reportedly accepted an offer of half a million dollars from a Middle Eastern prince just to spend 15 minutes with him.
Hollywood super producer Harvey Weinstein revealed the interesting tidbit about the young actress during an interview with the New York Times. He claims he brokered the deal.
Weinstein, co-founder of Miramax films, persuaded the 23-year-old to meet with a Middle Eastern prince in exchange for a substantial donation to a charity benefitting the Hurricane Sandy disaster.
"How much?" Stewart reportedly asked.
Weinstein says he eventually got the unnamed prince to donate a whopping $500,000, all in cash, and payed in advance. Stewart and her prince met for just 15 minutes at Madison Square Garden, where the benefit concert for Sandy was held.
Sounds like K-Stew has found something she's pretty good at. Hopefully she'll quit her day job.
