Kristen Stewart Talks About Robert Pattinson in New Moon

We need our Edward

As all Twilight fans know, Edward Cullen doesn't play a huge role in the second book, New Moon. But if you're worried about Robert Pattinson not appearing in the movie, don't be. At ComicCon, Kristen Stewart explained how the movie will work.

Thank goodness, Kristen assures us we have nothing to worry about and that Robert Pattinson will play a major role in New Moon. Just because Edward's not physically present in many of the scenes, doesn't mean he's not there. In fact, he seems to always be on Bella Swan's mind!

The MTV interviewer asks Kristen if Edward is going to be like "a little angel on your shoulder." That could be cute, but no, that's not the case. Kristen says they needed to put a little more of Robert Pattinson in the movie (obviously) and that when Bella hears Edward, she also imagines him. She says Edward steps in to be the voice of reason in Bella's head and that Bella is the hero of the story.

We can't wait to see how the director pulled it off when New Moon is finally released in November. Oh and we love that the always hot-looking Taylor Lautner is just standing by Kristen's side in this interview!
