The New Moon star and possible Robert Pattinson paramour was seen out and about in Los Angeles after getting dolled up for Allure's November spread. We'll share some ab-blasting secrets so that you can get your tummy tight like Kristen Stewart's.
For a stomach like Stewart's, you'll have to follow the basics. No matter how awesome your routine is, you'll need to cut down on fat and up the cardio to shed the layers that lie over potential definition.
According to Kristal Richardson, who is figure competitor, there are a few exercises that will get you in bikini-baring shape, as well as a possible midriff-baring mood as you get tinier a la Kristen Stewart. Her tips:
1. Twist slightly with a regular crunch for definition. We don't need to utlilize weights in our crunches like in side bends with weights.
2. Squats are smart if you don't load up the weights. Barbell squats can increase the obliques when a heavier weight is used, but moderate weight and good form will protect your shape.
3. Side stretches and bends in the office can tighten the belly nicely.
